Awesome stuff. I've tried a few brands and this is my favourite. Also, angle hair is my preferred noodle type. I've had these with Asian and Italian meats/sauces. Pro tip - heat them up by boiling in chicken or beef stock and whatever seasonings you want. Gives the noodles a subtle base flavour that is augmented by whatever sauce you use. Also, there's nothing stopping you from mixing in a little bit of wheat or rice noodles of the same type while still reducing a huge number of calories.

Meh. It's chewy. Not for me

as konjac noodles go, these are pretty much what you'd expect. we had the angel hair ones, they're the right diametre for angel hair pasta, but like all konjac noodles the taste & texture is nothing like pasta. they tend to clump together in one solid mass when we cook them, so we cut that mass up after rinsing & drying, before adding it to the pot / pan. if you're familiar with konjac noodles then you already know what you're getting. if not, if you're expecting something with the same taste / texture / mouthfeel as real pasta, you will be disappointed

It’s really not what I expected, it’s great that’s it’s only 9 calories per bag, you can mix it with whatever you want for taste cause it tastes like nothing by itself. The problem I have with this is the texture… it’s disgusting! It feels like eating a bag of bugs!

This taste so good and if you are diabetic or on A Keto diet this is for you. Its the ONLY pasta that l purchase for myself.
