Plant based protein bars gives you right amount of protein you need from nuts which i liked most. Quality of the product is good bars have a nice texture and its great value for the money spent on this bars. Its natural and clean ingredients keeps you healthy and filling for 2-4 hrs.

I never bought this one. Don't know why it appears in my "to review" section. I bought the chocolate cherry and they are fantastic, maybe a little to sweet for some but it is all natural flavors. Total sugars is 6%, that is very low for this type of protein bar. Best one that I have tried yet.

These bars taste really good, but they cost so much. It’s hard to imagine eating them on a routine basis. In all fairness, when a diet eliminates, most snacks, one of these is heavenly.

They taste great, have clean ingredients, and are high in fiber. Better yet, they rate “Excellent” 88/100 on the Yuka app.

First off, I eat an aloha bar every day for “breakfast”, usually the coconut or peanut butter chocolate chip- something along those lines. I’m a big sucker for taro products, ube is a love of mine, so when I saw these taro bars I bought 2 boxes immediately! I regret it. Tastes very bland, practically flavorless, and nothing like I’d hoped (and dreamed lol). There is only a bit of taro powder far down the ingredient list and I can’t taste it in there. I’m going to choke them down considering the cost but I would never buy this flavor again and definitely would not recommend it. Aloha has several delicious flavors but this one missed the mark by miles. I’m really disappointed.
