Update: still a 5★ review….but….the ring clasp can easily come undone. I had mine hooked to my purse and it somehow came off. I really hope I find it, since this fan has been awesome. I hadn’t lost it easier due to clasping it and then setting in a pocket. No pocket on purse so bye bye fan. If you purchase, I highly recommend securing fan not just with ring clasp. So far I ♥L♥O♥V♥E♥ this fan! I have several TORRAS Coolify neck fans, which I love. The cooling works great — a real game changer! I heard about the new TORRAS handheld fan and wanted to try it. Although the neck fans are great, sometimes I need something that is just a quick cool. The handheld fan looked perfect for a quick, on-the-go cool. → What I like about this fan. Upon opening the package, I could see that this was not a cheap little handheld fan. The quality in the fan’s appearance was obvious; this doesn’t look like the cheap handheld fans that you can buy for a few dollars and they work for a day. This handheld fan almost looks like a mini hair dryer, and it looks like it’s got a thoughtful design, with the blades enclosed within the unit. I pulled the unit out of the box and noticed, holding it, that it was very lightweight. As an on-the-go fan, I really liked this lightweight feel. And it’s rechargeable! I can use this, plug it in at the office or at home, then pop it back in my bag or hook it on my backpack and go! That’s awesome for me, as a professional, where I can’t always wear a neck fan to keep cool. Having this means I can discretely pop it out of my bag for a quick cool down! Above the charging port is a slider button that I can use to turn the fan power off and on. This is great for on the go to preserve power. The other side of the handheld unit is a toggle button for increasing the air movement. It goes in increments of 1-25-50-75-100, so I can have a little breeze or a lot. When I turn on the cooling plate, it can help cool the air or I can apply it directly to overheated skin for a quick super cool. The cooling plate is not too cold where it’s painful, too. It’s really, so far, been just right for my needs. → What don’t I like about this fan? My biggest worry, knowing how rough I can be with my things, is possibly damaging this fan as I carry it in my bag. The fan housing is open, which means that I could get something caught inside the blades, causing damage. If I carry it loose within a bag, I will need to put it in a carrying case to minimize blade damage. Also, if I wanted to set it on a desk or table for a moment, it will not stay upright. I couldn’t use it as a hands-free fan. Frankly, though, if I needed a fan like that, this wouldn’t be an appropriate use. The other thing that I don’t like is that the low speed is still pretty fast, with the fan making a lot more noise than I would expect, and I have to turn on the fan to turn on the cooling plate. All in all, though, I am really enjoying this little fan. Having the ability to keep myself cool without needing a huge fan. I like having a nice-looking product that looks like a quality item and not a gimmicky convenience store kid’s item to keep me cool wherever I go.

I live in Arizona, a state with a very hot climate. The use of cooling and air movement tools is very important. The Coolify Iva does not disappoint. To start, the packaging was very solid. The fan was very well protected and all items needed to run the fan were organized very efficiently in the box. The fan itself is a very nice tool. Its construction feels very solid, not cheap or flimsy. The fan motor is very powerful for the size of the unit. I have used it indoors for extended periods of time and it has done a great job of moving the air and cooling me efficiently. Other fans that I have used do not last very long while I feel the Coolify Iva will be around for a while. The battery is also very solid. The unit charged quickly and battery life is substantial. I am still cooling myself from the first initial charge of the fan. The controls are very straight forward, making the fan easy to operate. Finally, the cooling technology contained in this fan is impressive. No matter how hot the Arizona sun is blazing, the cooling pad on the fan cools down in seconds when the cooling button is pushed. It compliments the fan nicely and in combination with the fan, makes the Coolify Iva fan a complete cooling package. I only have 2 suggestions regarding the fan. First, the fan is a little noisier than other fans that I have used. Where I am using this fan, noise does not really matter, but if someone wanted to use the fan in the office, or in a movie theater (or any other place that requires a quieter atmosphere), the fan may cause unwanted attention. Given the fan’s positive attributes, this is a non issue for me. Second, I am not able to find any type of case or protective and convenient way to travel with the fan. If this were something that existed (like for your other products), I would buy it instantly.

I really enjoyed using this handheld fan from Torras! I originally bought it specifically for Coachella car camping, knowing it would be hot—but I definitely wasn’t prepared for the 100-degree weather all weekend. This fan seriously saved me during the daytime and helped keep me from overheating. Functionality & Power: For its compact size, the fan performed incredibly well. It’s surprisingly powerful—even speed 1 was strong enough to cool me down when held by hand. There are 100 speed levels, and the preset buttons increase in increments of 25 for quick access, though you can manually adjust to any speed from 1–100. While the fan is definitely powerful, it can get a bit loud at higher speeds. I didn’t mind the noise since I was outdoors at a music festival, but it’s something to consider if you're using it indoors or in quieter settings. Design & Portability: I love how sleek and streamlined the design is. The fan is about the height of my iPhone 14 Pro, which made it super easy to carry around in my hydration pack. It’s lightweight and compact, which is perfect for travel or festivals. There's a built-in clip at the bottom that tucks away when not in use—though I didn’t end up using it much because the fan fit easily into the side pocket of my bag. Another thoughtful design detail is the lock button on the back, which ensures the fan won’t accidentally turn on while it’s packed away. Extra Features: The cooling zone on the fan is a nice bonus—it gets cool quickly and was great for pressing against my forehead to help cool down faster. Not exactly essential, but definitely appreciated. I also really liked the front digital display, which clearly shows the current fan speed and battery level. I used the fan on the lowest speed for about two hours over four days and never had to recharge it, which was super convenient. Value: While the fan is on the pricier side, I think it’s worth the investment. It feels durable, performs better than other handheld fans I’ve tried, and has thoughtful design features that make it stand out. I'd rather spend a little more on a quality product that will last than buy something cheaper that might not hold up. Overall, I highly recommend this fan if you’re headed somewhere hot or humid. It was the perfect companion for an outdoor music festival, and I can see it being useful for travel, commuting, or even just hot summer days.
