Not as expected… thought they were actual honey flavoured or covered shilajit sticks (sticks of shilajit), so was disappointed. Didn’t notice any difference energy, health, focus or Creatine wise. Not sure how to use these - can they be used with warm beverages???

Does not work for me atleast, didn't do anything. Only honey taste, cant taste of shilajit and no energy level boost so far , already finish half, taking 1 a day before go to gym.

This product makes taking shilajit easy! Tastes like honey, you do get that slight plasticy shilajit flavor- but the honey really hides it. I just throw it in my mouth and wash it down with my morning latte. Easy peasy.

I've been taken this for 8 days now. I've already felt more energetic and focused. I feel great, definitely feel more motivated. I will be buying this product again. It does have a terrible taste, but I have figured out if you take a sip of orange juice and keep it with your mouth while taking the honey, it helps a lot, takes away the bad after taste. I will be purchasing a men's one for my husband also!
