It actually does create pressure inside the bottle which pushes the air out through the nose tubes. I was pretty skeptical at first, but when I filled the nose tube with water and turned it on, the bottle pushed all the water out.

This is a very quality product. The design is slick and it looks very nice. The battery life is lasting quite a while and I have enjoyed the hydrogen water. I did expect it to bubble more than it has but it definitely adds a clean taste to the water. I just fill it with purified water and click the button. In three minutes it’s good to go. I have run it a couple more times to add more hydrogen. Overall it seems to work well.
