This is the second pallet jack we bought. Before this one, we bought a cheap and used one locally. But when we used it, we found it had oil leakage issue. We contacted the original owner. He just told us to buy transmission oil from AutoZone. So we had to refill oil every time before we used it. But the problem is the leaking oil will be dropped almost everywhere in our warehouse plus goes over the pallet jack itself. So we decided to get this one. It has super heavy capacity up to 6600 lbs. Our electric liftfork can only do 1000 lbs load! It also comes with free shipping and warranty.

Purchased this item 3.5 months ago and it broke totally, stopped working. I have been trying to get a hold of the Supplier but no response. it should have a warrenty, I am waiting to hear from the supplier. call me at 937-394-9300 Nicolas

Getting a 2 star review due to poor shipping. All but one of the pallet jacks came with some sort of cosmetic damage. So far the pallet jacks work as expected.
