Does this have more than the game b/c I see $15 on Nintendo eshop?

Its a hard copy of the game which could be sold were as the digital copy is just that and can not be sold

Why get the physical copy when the digital is $25 or more cheaper though?

Most prefer physical copies over digital copies for a number of reasons. Digital copies require a login to play so for someone else to play the game they need to use the login credentials of the owner which is sometimes an inconvenience. When you own the physical copy no login is required. Physical copies can also be traded or resold for other games which you cannot do with the digital version. Is it possible to have more than one save file in this version?

I am unsure but based on what I have researched I believe you can only have one save file per account. It may be possible to set up another user on the switch and each profile might have their own save data but not 100% sure that it would work that way. I hope this is at least somewhat helpful.
