We got one box (there are 2 in each box), figuring we'd try them out. They are GREAT. Soft light, but bright enough to see by. We are aging people with aging cats--everyone in the house needs to be able to see at night! Now I'm not worried about tripping over a sleeping kitty in the hallway at night. They get dimmer as the area gets brighter, and they light up when the area is dark. We're getting more to spread around the apartment.
