This is a public service announcement. Boat doesnt return/refund this product unless it's faulty. In my case, left side seemed to not work intermittently and the buds despite using the smallest buds were painful for my ears. However amazon does not provide a return option on the product and redirects you to boat. Boat meanwhile has a not very friendly user interface to raise issues with your product. They only take the product to technically check your device for faults and does not entertain the satisfaction of the customer. Despite raising the issue on the day of the delivery and giving back a pristine product for the check. They refused to understand that this product can't be used by me due to the ill fitting nature of the buds. A loss of 3k. And honestly not worth it. As you can see from the pictures. The plastic seems cheap and lacks finish. As does the default sounds on pairing up, it is loud and harsh and impervious to volume control. Music plays fine. The features are otherwise as mentioned. But as a customer. The service and lack of clarity on return/refund is infuriating and honestly not something to uphold by a company that prides itself on the Indian market. I believe that a product if it can't be returned should mention that in their policy. The reply from customer service is that return/refund is not mentioned therefore not provided. Obfuscating isn't an answer my corporates. Sincerely, frustrated customer.

Good product clear music vocals rich base

Considering the price of 1800 it is quite of good and full of features and looks pretty cool. Mic quality is descent as per price range. Touch controls are working properly. Yeah there is some problem in connectivity in my headset sometimes it just go in pairing mode and don't even pair with the last paired devices. There is no ear pain while using them. It fits comfortably in my ears because I have big ears if you have small ears then u can have fitting issues.

The ANC Mode for this earbuds are good and reliable but the overall touch responsiveness and in ear controls are not always on point, in my first day use itself I faced touch issues and when I plug out my earphones the music doesn't stop playing. The sound quality and bass for the earphones are good for its price range, don't expect premium quality sound like JBL and Sony, but for the price range it's good. The head detection and spatial sound feature is really an experience, that's a good feature implemented in these earbudsThe only issue I had is with the touch response and in ear detection. Overall I'll give it a 3.5 out of 5

Waste of money.. If you want noise cancelation don't buy it. It mentioned 50db but its not working..but when you connected to only one and another doesn't pair to your device. This manufacturing defect..
