Heard and seen amazing things so thought id give it a try 2 bottles in yes ive noticed a difference in my skin & nails and after a recent knee ligament injury less pain however the biggest is the amount of hair im losing just running my hands through my hair would come out in clumps ! Bought because of the overall good reviews. Having tried them for 3 months there was no significant improvement in my knee joint pain. I assume the effectiveness would vary from person to person.
