My plumber installed this and the flames were too high and the simmer burner would not ignite, then once ignited it would keep trying to ignite. I called Thor directly and they said the propane conversion kit was the wrong one. I made sure I crosschecked the model number of the listing with my range top and they were the same.  I now have to buy the correct one from Thor and hire another appliance person to install it.
