I’ve been using the Tineco Floor One S9 Artist for several days now, and it has truly improved my cleaning routine. I mainly use it on tile floors, and it performs very well in high-traffic areas where dirt and daily messes build up quickly. What I like most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves a lot of time compared to traditional cleaning methods. The smart sensor automatically adjusts suction power and water flow based on the level of dirt, and you can clearly see the difference when cleaning sticky residue or fine dust. The roller leaves the floor visibly clean and almost dry, without streaks or excess water. The display is easy to read and intuitive, even for first-time users. We have some ground in dirt on our wood flooring. And it has a tendency of coming back when I scrape it off. Could be our dogs. Could be my shoes. Dunno’. I’ve been looking for a while for a cordless electric tool for such cleaning. I looked at the Dyson V15s, but it’s not designed for this kind of problem. Eventually, I decided that I wanted a cordless mop/vacuum/steam tool, with an LED light to show the way. I wanted something Dyson would’ve made. Finally, I found this one, and it is Dyson-amazing. It really does what they say it would do. It is indeed self-propelled once you turn it on. I’ve never experienced that and it’s terrific. The vacuum works quite well, and has two settings: auto and max. Then there’s the steam cleaning mode. It did a great job with the ground in dirt on my wood floors. It didn’t quite get a few of the most ground in ones, but it softened them so that it was easy to scrape them off with a plastic scraper. My wife, the, white glove of the house, was unusually impressed! This machine not only talks to you, but visually displays what it’s doing. And it certainly built at Dyson level. When you’re done cleaning, the machine will ask you to empty and clean the dirty water container. At first, this was a little hard for me and took time to do, but then I realized that you could actually take the dirty water container apart and very, very quickly, flush it out. Instructions for this are actually printed on the top of the dirty water container. Don’t miss this! It comes with a very nice charging pad that the machine goes on. It’s such a high-quality machine that it makes cleaning fun. It costs a ton of pennies and it’s worth every one of them!

I used to own an older Tineco model, and this new one is definitely an upgrade. The suction power is stronger, cleaning performance is excellent, and it runs for a long time without needing a recharge. It’s lightweight and very easy to handle, which makes cleaning so much easier. The 185°F fast-drying feature is amazing — floors dry almost instantly and look spotless. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a powerful, time-saving cleaning machine!

When I first moved into our new home I was cleaning the floors non stop and was mopping with 5 buckets of water on the main floor multiple times a week. While we own a dyson the main floor was all hard surface and the amount of water and effort was killing me. I tried the bissel crosswave and while it worked it also died REPEATEDLY. After 3 bissels in 2 years I splurged for a Tineco S7 switch. It was the best. I was so impressed. I had been eying the steam since before the European drop, but our other Tineco was doing great still. When I saw the price drop I snagged it and I am pretty impressed. They changed the tank system. I do think the dirty water tank is much easier to clean. The new display is beautiful and set up is easy. Not 100% sure if I love the bulkiness of the tineco head I wish it were not as tall. It doesnt quite fit under the edge of all the cabinets or furniture. I do love the steam feature it definitely is helpful for sanitary reasons and the heated washing and drying of the roller is a win. I want to give 5 stars, but the bulkiness and limited run time in steam are the down side for me. 4.5 would be my actual rating. I also wish the brush heads had the option to be changed to ones that scrub a little more for using on grout and tile. Its still a beautiful machine, cleans, steams, sanitizes, and charges quickly.

I know a lot of people think highly of this unit, but I am not one of these people. I bought it thinking it was going to steam my floors clean...but that steam is a gimmick. Let me explain...if the floor is still cool/cold to the touch after the "steam" goes over it...how is it supposed to loosen anything. From what I saw, the steam was coming out of the front of the unit...and not straight down to the floor...so....how is this anything but a gimmick? The unit does produce steam...so it gives the appearance of steaming the floor...but this is not the case. I will say it does put water down and sucks it up...but even minor floor stains do not come up very easily. If you think you are getting an all in one steamer/vacuum...buyer beware. I found my spinner mop does a better job.

I am absolutely FLOORED by my new Tineco! Worth every penny! It’s mind blowing how smart it is! I've been using it every morning and my floors are sparkling clean! Could not possibly be any happier with my purchase and I'm now convinced Tineco is the company for me and I've been telling everyone and anyone who will listen!!!! Never going back to bissell cordless crosswave (which broke twice within a year!)... My s9 Artist Steam is so much more powerful, water tank lasts longer, battery lasts longer, & gets my floors cleaner AND without chemicals! Tineco ALL THE WAY!!!!!! I’m also blown away by the quick and positive customer service! As a brand new Tineco client, this may turn me into a repeat loyal customer! If my first Tineco lives up to the hype I would absolutely purchase a second one for my finished basement!

It is durable. Steam and Suction mode are my favorite cleaning mode on this vacuum but be aware that this might be too heavy for some people as it has some weight to it but other than that, it works perfect! Battery life is great! I've been using it for over two months now and It really save me time and money.

Pretty much cleans the floor by itself. No effort needed. Works great. Saves time.
