The quality of the product
The product was better than I expected. Arrived early and I was very pleased

Poor quality puffer jacket-sizing does not match the label
The quality was poor and the sizing did not match the label. I bought these for my teenage sons, but they were a "No!" for them, not suitable at all. The delivery from the seller was delayed, taking around 2 weeks or more to arrive. Which is why I gave a 1-star rating. Nonetheless, they issued the return authorization for both items promptly. I'm giving them a 5-star rating for their swift response to the return process.

Super Cute
I got this in size medium, I have nice length arms so the coat sits right at the wrist. One of the draw strings on the bottom left came out slightly as I drew it in but overall I’m very pleased. Nice weight and light density super cute with the little patch.

This product was nice. However it was not sized for men. I ordered a large Men. It was the size of a 12 year old.
