Works as described
This is a good formula for fat loss. Give it about 2 weeks before assessing your bodyfat %. I'm not scheduled for another bodyfat test (bod pod) for another 30 days but based on weight and appearance, I'm likely down 2% (from 17%) over 3 weeks.Careful when you take your first pill, I was nauseous for about an hour (30 min prior to meal and the 30 min trying to slowly eat). After that, the next 4-6 doses gave me a slight burn in my throat but no stomach discomfort.Helpful note: The longer the time you wait to eat after taking a pill the more likely it is that you will start to feel a little stomach discomfort. I say 20 min for the first 2 days then 30 min after that.

Jittery, and no results!
I used this product for approximately two months and do not believe I saw any results. It was paired with a healthful diet and exercise program but that did not seem to help. It also made me feel extremely jittery and anxious - like my heart was racing. It did not feel like a healthy solution, so I have ceased taking this product.

I got this product in the mail today. This is the most expensive version of the PAGG stack. When they say it is a month supply, they mean for the month of February. Not impressed.

I havent seen any results at this point. May have to place another order before you hopefully see a dramatic change. Has not lived up to what the advertising promises.

I am sick and tired of spending my hard earned money on empty promises and zero results. What ever happened to ethics?

not for me
It did nothing for me. I took it for about 6 weeks just to help burn alittle fat I have gotten with age and I saw no difference, and it made me have hot flashes.

Overpriced by 77%
I only paid $43 a month for the PAGG stack at the Vitamin Shop. The Pareto Nutrition PAGG stack is 77% MORE expensive.

I used a home made PAGG stack before with good results. This one has side effects, like constipation.
