I was very disappointed by the packaging, the outer wrapper would rip the tea bag on several occasions and I had to throw away the tea bag because the tea would come out and float around in the water. So, I ended up throwing out 5-6 bags. If it was just one, then I would be that bothered by it. But I’m not going to purchase this tea again and spend money to have to throw away 1/3 of the box because the tea bags got ripped when opening.
