ENCHANTING!!!
When I ordered this I wasn't sure what it would look like when it came... I could not be HAPPIER with my choice! The detail is incredible, it's a perfect weight, and the colors are not at all muted. They are perfect! I originally got it to keep on my desk as I'm an English teacher... However, a parent noticed that there was nothing covering the mermaids breasts and complained, so I had to bring it home, much to my dismay. The breasts do NOT show any nipples whatsoever. They are very tasteful and unoffensive. It is a beautiful piece of art that I am proud to own!!! I display it prominently at home! I highly recommend this piece of art for anyone who connects to their inner mermaid and loves to read! When the mermaid came, there was a note before opening it explaining to remove the mermaid from the styrofoam packaging VERY carefully because it does break easily. I paid attention to the warning. However, even as careful as I was in unpacking and removing it, a tiny piece of one of the tail fins chipped off. I was able to easily reattach it and you don't even notice it. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend being extremely cautious and careful when removing the mermaid from the packaging.
