I am loving this robotic vacuum! It was super easy to set up and get going. There was some trial and error as far as where I wanted it to go so it avoided cords and speaker wire. The map allowing to set up forbidden zones made it easy to dictate where I wanted to go and where I wanted it to avoid. Speaking of the map, the vacuum went to every room and at first I wasn't sure it was going to get an accurate reading of my house. But it was amazing how accurate it was. The app let me edit the map so I could name the rooms as I saw fit. My house is around 1700 square feet and it's able to clean on one charge. After a visit from family it did take longer and had to go recharge before it finished and it started right when it left off. The suction is fantastic! It's honestly better than my Shark stand up vacuum. I haven't used the mop function as much but when I set it to clean the kitchen it does a great job. It seems very sturdy, doesn't take up much space and the design is well thought out. And I love how it can get out of tight spaces. I had a previous robot vacuum that always got stuck under the dining room table. This is able to turn around and get out. I also love how they give you a second vacuum bag, mop pad, floor sweeper and filter. I am SO happy with this vacuum!!

I purchased the MONSGA Robot Vacuum on July 1, 2025 and wanted to give it some time before I left a review. -Vacuuming - I’m absolutely impressed with the MONSGA Robot Vacuum. It’s powerful, quiet, and the 5000Pa suction picks up dust and pet hair effortlessly. I love being able to control everything from my phone. I bought this to replace my Roomba that I had for several years. The LIDAR is very accurate and setting up the “do not go” zones was easy. I have it set on the Turbo Clean mode since we have 2 dogs that shed, and it runs daily. I'm asking it to do about 1200 sq feet of flooring. I do find myself needing to clean the brush since human hair gets tangled, but I just consider that part of maintenance. -Mopping – it does a good job mopping for “service cleaning.” We have a large area rug tucked under our couch. The mopping feature can’t determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors. Trying to map out the large area rug as a “do not go” zone is quite difficult if not almost impossible. I was hoping the vacuum would be able to determine the difference between a rug and hardwood floors like it does while vacuuming and not try to mop the rug. -Dust bags. I really thought it would just have a dustbin that you empty after each clean. But no, it has dust bags. While one may last you a long time, the fact that you will need to buy dust bags at some point creates an additional expense and is just inconvenient. I’ve also read the dust bags seem to always be on back-order. -Customer Service – Awesome customer service! Questions asked are answered quickly with videos and solutions. Totally worth the money! Would buy again.

Better than expected! It’s new and very exciting for the feature and deep cleaning the vacuum has. Love the mapping feature and schedules allowed for programming. It senses room layout and works well around furniture. The traction from tile to area rugs is perfect and doesn’t pull up my lighter rug edges like my other robovac. The unit seems well built and I like the size and dust collection feature after each vacuum cycle. Works with my Smart Life app perfectly and thus is added to Alexia without issue for the full smart home experience.

This robot vacuum cleaner truly exceeded my expectations! Its 6000Pa suction power is incredibly strong, easily removing fine dust and pet hair. The LiDAR navigation is extremely accurate—it quickly maps the house and cleans along a smart, orderly route, without wandering off randomly. What I love most is its 60-day automatic dustbin emptying function, which makes it incredibly convenient and saves a lot of maintenance. The accompanying app is simple and easy to use, and the battery life is long enough to clean the entire house in one go.

So I bought this vacuum after a month of research on robot vacuums because so many have low 4 reviews. This robot had a 4.8 score so I went with it. Here is my review breakdown. Pros: 1) The functionality of the unit is great. It maps out the floor, vacuums really good, and the mop feature is surprising great. When I walk on the floor after the vacuum is done, it truly feels clean! 2) The self emptying feature is awesome. Some people are complaining that the bag inside the unit is one time use. You can easily take a shop vac and empty out the bag or snip a slit in the back and use some velcro to make it a multiple use emptying bag. People need to be a little more resourceful. 3) It looks good and modern. 4) The company read my review, but they tried to fix our issues. They have supplemented us with battery replacements and accessories. This robot vacuum functionally is amazing. Beware of possible battery life issues, but the company will help you out. Cons 1) The battery. After the 3rd time we ran this unit, it would drop from 100% to 90% the moment it was off the charger. By the time it is done in the kitchen, it is down to 70%. It claims it can do 2000 square feet on a charge. Maybe the first time. But after 4 times, this vacuum has to go back to the charging station and our first floor is approximately 1000 square feet. 2) The claim is that this unit is quiet. This little robot is loud as sin. It growls and roars the entire time it cleans. And that is when it isn't on turbo suck. When you turn on turbo suck, it will be at 50% very quickly off the charger.

Très bon appareil pour l’entretien quotidien. Il nettoie efficacement sols durs et tapis fins, contourne bien les obstacles et retourne seul à sa base une fois le ménage terminé. Facile à utiliser via l’application, silencieux et avec une bonne autonomie. Le bac à poussière se vide facilement. Il ne remplace pas un nettoyage en profondeur, mais fait gagner beaucoup de temps au quotidien. Je recommande !

Very good quality item, does exactly what it says, perfect for flats as it's the perfect size. It hoovers and mops at the same time! Setup was very easy, it mapped quite quickly and split into rooms so you can always clean based on room or the whole map. If you get it on offer, value for money is good too, aftercare support is also impeccable.

Ich bin mit dem Saugroboter von Monsga absolut top zufrieden. Schon nach den ersten Einsätzen hat mich die gründliche Reinigungsleistung überzeugt – Staub, Krümel und auch Tierhaare werden zuverlässig aufgenommen, egal ob auf Hartböden oder Teppichen. Besonders begeistert bin ich von der Navigation. Nach einem kurzen Mapping im Auto-Modus fährt der kleine Kerl die Räume systematisch und sehr durchdacht ab, verfährt sich nicht und stößt kaum an Möbel. Hindernisse werden zuverlässig erkannt, und die Reinigung wirkt dadurch deutlich effizienter als bei Modellen, die scheinbar zufällig herumfahren. In der App kann man problemlos Zone und Räume einrichten und auch nur bestimmt Flächen reinigen lassen. Ein großes Plus ist auch die App. Sie ist übersichtlich, leicht zu bedienen und macht die Steuerung sehr komfortabel. Reinigungspläne lassen sich schnell einstellen, und man behält jederzeit den Überblick darüber, was der Roboter gerade macht. Auch das Starten von unterwegs funktioniert problemlos. Zusätzlich arbeitet der Roboter angenehm leise, sodass man ihn gut im Alltag laufen lassen kann. Insgesamt bietet der Monsga ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist eine echte Erleichterung im Haushalt. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann ihn ehrlich weiterempfehlen! Und, der Kundensupport ist super - jederzeit und fix ansprechbar und sie antworten sogar auf Deutsch, was ja nun nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist. Also - in der Summe eine Top Kaufempfehlung!

After years of procrastinating, I finally bought the Monsga MS1 MAX Robot Vacuum, and it has genuinely changed my daily life. My floors have never been consistently this clean with so little effort on my part. Here’s why I’m so impressed: · Powerful Suction: The 4000Pa suction is no joke. It picks up everything—pet hair, crumbs, dust bunnies—from my mixed floors of hardwood and low-pile carpet. It even gets stuff out of the carpet grooves that I didn't know were there. · Smart & Efficient Mapping: The LDS laser navigation is the key. It mapped my entire apartment quickly and logically. I love watching it in the app; it doesn't just bounce around randomly. It cleans in neat, efficient rows, ensuring it doesn't miss a spot. The no-go zones and room editing in the app work perfectly and a specific rug. · Fantastic App Control: The app is simple and reliable. Scheduling a clean every weekday morning was the best decision. I leave for work, and the MS1 MAX gets to work. Coming home to spotless floors never gets old. The ability to start, stop, or send it to a specific room from my phone is incredibly convenient. · Self-Charging & Resuming: It has a great battery life for my ~1000 sq ft space. When it's low, it dutifully returns to its dock to charge and then, if needed, resumes cleaning right where it left off. It’s completely autonomous. · Mopping Functionality: The electronic water tank is a nice bonus for maintenance mopping. It’s not a deep scrub, but it’s perfect for picking up light dust and giving my hard floors a nice shine between my manual mopping sessions. The fact that it avoids carpets while mopping is a smart feature. The Monsga MS1 MAX provides features and performance I’d expect from models costing much more.
