It's up.to the company, but as they advertise the German quality nib, doubtful. I've tried to return pens twice now to other companies, they all have ways to discourage you from doing so. Best of luck to you

Do you have to use the converter to use the pen? I couldn’t manage to fill the converter with ink!

Hi, You can use ink converter (there is 1 ink converter inside the pen) or disposable ink cartridges (there are 2 ink cartridges in the package box) for this fountain pen. HOW TO USE INK CONVERTER: 1. Unscrew the pen to assemble ink converter on it 2. Immerse the nib in the ink tank and twisting the ink converter knob to draw ink into the ink converter.
