Great Value and Quality
Love these. Sides have a great lip and the value of getting 3 different sizes. I have not yet had food stick to them and have baked multiple things without issue. The large one is a little smaller than what I was thinking but I did not pay attention to the measurements when shopping. I still need to get a very large cookie sheet to bake more cookies at one time. Overall great value, great quality, they do not warp and work great.

Nice pans
These pans are very nice and shiny. You won't want to skip on the parchment paper for fear of scratching them. Only use a soft cloth as recommended to clean or they will scratch! They boast that they won't warp in the oven, however I could hear one making the noise a pan will do when it bends. It did straighten out while baking. They are a heavier weight. Time will tell how they hold up after much use.

Every baker needs these!
Excellent quality. Cleans up great. Ideal with parchment paper or silicone mats.

Pretty good
High quality, haven’t used it long so warp resistance is still in play but seems to hold up well at 500 degrees. Good value, works well and easy to use.

👍 After one month...
I have mostly used these for baking sheet-pan cookies at 350°F, and they have performed very well - until today. (I rub oil on the pans before pouring batter in, and the sheet-cookie pops right out.) Today I lined the pans with a silicone baking mat and roasted veggies at 425°F, and the pans twisted, though they went back to normal within a minute of being set on the counter; one of the pans popped while in the oven, so that is something to keep in mind when baking at higher temperatures. Immediately after roasting at 425, one of the pans was baked at 350, and it was warped when I removed it from the oven, but again, returned to normal shortly afterward. ...This means that I might not be able to use these for sheet-pan cookies anymore. 😕 The description does say that the pans are safe up to 450°F, and I pushed the limit at 425; sheet pans are also known to warp over time. This is the nature of the product, not a production or performance flaw, as far as I am concerned. I imagine that the only way to eliminate warping is to add a layer of aluminum on the (outside) bottom of the pan... I would pay for that.

Great set of pans.
I really like these pans. I wanted stainless steel and so happy to have three different sizes. They wash and dry well.

If you’re like me, you know the right bakeware can make or break your cookies. After years of warped pans, sticky messes, and mystery rust spots, I decided to try the Baker’s Signature Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet Pan Set, and honestly? I wish I’d made the switch sooner. First impressions: these pans feel sturdy right out of the box. The mirror finish is pretty enough that you almost don’t want to cover it with dough. But let’s be real, the real test is how they perform in a hot oven. The size (17.5 x 13 inches) is perfect for big batches. I fit a dozen cookies with room to spare, and nothing stuck—not even the oozy, caramel-filled ones that usually leave a fossilized ring on my old sheets. A quick rinse in the sink is all it takes, but if you’re not in the mood, they’re dishwasher safe and come out spotless. No weird stains, no warping, and—crucially—no rust. I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about the “non-stick” claim. Stainless steel isn’t usually known for that. But with just a bit of parchment or a light oiling, even delicate meringue cookies slid right off. And because these pans are BPA free and have no coatings to flake off, I don’t have to stress about what’s leaching into my bakes. The set of two is a bonus—one for cookies, one for roasting veggies or making sheet pan dinners. Versatile, tough, and way easier to clean than any of my nonstick pans ever were. If you’re tired of replacing cheap bakeware or scrubbing rust stains off your pans, give these a shot. The Baker’s Signature Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet Pan Set is proof that sometimes, a simple upgrade really does make all the difference.

These pans are heavier than the usual trays I’ve had, but not so heavy that they’re awkward to use. They feel balanced and sturdy, and the mirror finish is very shiny out of the box. The edges are smooth and easy to grip with no sharp spots. I haven’t baked with them yet, but based on the weight and feel they should hold heat evenly. I’ve used trays at lower price points before, but not ones this high, and these definitely come across as higher quality and built to last.

These baking sheets are a great size for a variety of needs. Baking, to general cooking, they are quite versatile. They are pretty easy to clean, but I have noticed after a few uses they are starting to stain. This is common with so many different baking sheets, so it isn't a deal breaker, but it would be nice if they were more stain resistant. They are also a little on the thin side. Again, not a deal breaker but I have some baking sheets that feel little more robust. At this price point, though, they are definitely adequate. Overall, I like them and they have become a go to for general baking and cooking around the house.

I was genuinely surprised at the quality of the two baking sheets straight out of the box. They feel incredibly well polished and have a nice weighty feel to them, the only major downside to the sleek mirror finish is that it is absolutely a scratch and fingerprint magnet, even before rinsing and loading with roasting chicken and vegetables into the oven the trays already retained a few small scratches and prints, that's just the nature of a highly smooth mirror finish though and didn't take away from its function. The trays are stainless steel so won't rust over time unlike traditional baking trays, they are also lighter but still have a nice weight when held, doesn't feel cheap by any means and they carry a ton of items with their large size. The mirror finish also does a good anti-sticking job, but I think this will likely fade with time and washing cycles as non-stick coating tends to experience, heat does seem to be conducted evenly and quickly given its materials as opposed to our ancient heavy oven baking trays we've used for many years. Being easy to clean, huge load capacity, non-sticking and dishwasher safe all while retaining a premium finish, I personally really loved this set of baking trays and would recommend them to those looking to replace their aging trays.

These baking sheets are a good size and very shiny. The depth is enough for oils to not overflow when moving the tray around. I was able to fit 50 pizza bites (a full pack) onto one tray which my smaller size baking sheets would not be able to do. I didn't experience any discoloration after baking with a sheet for 16 minutes on 425F, but there was major warping on the tray and I could twist and bend it around. The warping corrected itself in 30 seconds after being removed from the oven though and the tray straightened out back to normal (so I guess it's still resistant against warp since it went back to the original shape rather quickly). I believe there was a trade off to make these baking sheets lighter and thinner which sacrificed some rigidity (which is ok if you want a lighter tray). The sheets can still build up residue on the inside from greasy baked items, but that can be cleaned off with warm water, dishwashing soap, and a scrubbing brush. I still experienced minor sticking at times with items, but they were sliding off easier than my other steel trays so I guess I would call it stick resistant rather then non stick. There is a premium to have BPA free sheets without chemicals so that partially explains the higher price, but I still expect a bit more out of these sheets in order to get a higher rating from me.
