Great Flavor for Steaks
Absolutely delicious. The fleur de sel from this region worked best for our steaks. We cook them black and blue over charcoal and this is great to marry with the stronger flavors. The product arrived nicely with no clumping.

Salting Tasty Food
A great healthy salt for finishing your beautiful food. Don’t expect a dry salt. It is considered a wet salt and will have a bit of moisture in it. You really don’t need as much salt because you will be adding salt when it is served. My only complaint is that I wish it would come in a larger size.

Der Geschmack nach Meersalz ist unvergleichlich z.B. bei weichgekochten Eiern und Kurzgebratenem kurz vor dem Servieren. Das kann kein "normales" Salz geschmacklich erreichen.
