Good quality!
I was skeptical about buying an alternator from Amazon but after installing it and driving around for 2 weeks, I have zero complaints. Everything works as it should and I bought an open box one for cheap. Power Master is 👍 I drive an ‘84 Camaro Z28 with a 305

Powermaster alternator works, accomodate double pully switch over for Grand Wagoneers with AC!
Powermaster 7294 accepts double pully switch over from origional alternator on Jeep Grand Wagoneers (spindle is long enough). Double pully is necessary for Grand Wagoneers with AC (at least 86-91)! Dozens of alternators sold at autoparts stores and on line say they "fit" full size (FSJ) 5.9 liter Jeep Grand Wagoneers, but beware. Many will not accept the double pully from the old alternator and are useless. The Powermanster alternator was delivered next day by Amazon. Well packaged, has instructions, no core charge or return required, priced reasonably, and it's obviously more professionally produced. Others I tried were either defective or would not take the double pully. If you have Grand Wagoneer with AC, THIS ONE WORKS!!!

Great upgrade for SBC
Fit perfectly on my 70 SBC. It is an upgrade i should have done a ling time ago. True single wire connection. Does not require reference voltage wire to optimize charging performance per instructions included in the box.

Good product.
Arrived quick. Looks just like the picture. Installed it on a 1967 Pontiac GTO. The old alt was a 55 amp and wasn't quite enough for the extras such as electric fans, electric fuel pump, lights, etc. Install was easy and works great so far.

Perfect
Installed this on my mf 135 after buying one before this and it burned up on engine startup. This alternator works great though...perfect. if had it keeping my battery up and a nice size winch on the front of the tractor and occasional electric pump spray rig on the back. But still the voltage does great and current rating is accurate by my donut style current display.

First was DOA, second one works
Bought this for an 85 Grand Wagoneer with a 5.9L. Installation was easy and I tried using it as a one wire. No charge. Increased RPM, checked ground, and still not charging. Thanks to Amazon returns and reorder I was able to get the replacement two days later. Installed again, and this time I'm getting 14.7-14.8 above idle. Hope it lasts. Update 3/9/2020 Six months later and a total of around 500 miles driven on a sub 200HP truck. Alternator screaming bearing upon startup today after replacing battery. Alternator voltage jumping from 10 to 12 rapidly. Second alternator in 6 months. Should have bought one locally from a part store so I'd at least have a warranty.

Powermaster Alternator turns heads!
Purchased Powermaster 7294 Alternator. fits into my 79 Pontiac nicely. Make sure you send 8 gauge from power terminal to battery and ground the alternator also with 8 gauge wire. fits nicely with the march pulley setup and belt tension must be snug. Old powermaster alternator quit due to improper grounding i assume.

Powermaster packaging was first class, instructions were great, had to mount the pulley from my old alternator to this one and hookup the wiring. Did some initial multimeter tests on first startup and everything checked out to the performance test card that comes with the alternator. No more dead battery when my electric fans come on. Great alternator rock solid performance.

Excelente alternador, dudaba en comprar un alternador de esta marca en Amazon, pero la verdad quedé sorprendido al ver qué si era original, venía bien empaquetado y con su instructivo y pruebas de rendimiento, ya tiene más de un mes montado en mi camioneta Chevrolet cheyenne y sin problemas el voltaje no baja de 14.4 V, eso sí hay que tener buen cable para evitar caídas por cables viejos.
