Like these mud grip boots.
Comfortable rubber using them for roughnecking. Haven't used them in oil base mud yet, that will be the true test. Cons on this boot, well they slip on some wet metal flooring and wet rubber safety mat. But it could be my footing. We all know proper footing is important on the rig. Last for a long time
It's going to be hard for people to get used to the weight not for me though. They're durable and nice looking, but downside is they don't do to well during the winter even at 10°F my feet are freezing.

Being oil resistant and water proof.
I work in the gas field. Happened to catch these on sale. Great price. A lot easier to put on and take off then muck boots.

Other then the size being a bit large, a great boot. Update... Have been wearing these boots 5 days a week, 10-12 hours a day, year round... For 3 years now. Took that long to wear the tread out. An amazing boot. Will order another pair before winter..
