Even my purchase link leads to handheld steamers only. It looks like this particular model stopped. And here there is no option to return this item. Only option to replace the item. After 3 weeks of using the ONAIR garment steamer, I'm extremely disappointed. It's inefficient and time-consuming, taking over 10 minutes to achieve half the results of a regular steam iron. The finish is subpar, and it's not worth the money. The only potential use might be for steam inhalation, but there are better options available for that. The lack of suction feature on the nozzle makes it difficult to hold garments in place. Feels like a cheap imitation of top brands like Philips and Havells. Not recommended.
