Blue Dragon Extra Firm Silken Tofu 349g X 6 (Pack of 6)

Use this tofu frequently for fried tofu in Thai Curries. It’s just the right texture and not need to compress to remove excess liquids.

I use this to make my yogurts which comes out beautiful.

This no better than normal silken tofu if the company think this is extra firm they definitely need educating. Totally disappointed will not be purchasing any thing else from Blue dragon again. Best place for it the bin

I thought that bying the Extra Firm would work... but it is so soft that it is difficult to handle. Besides, the texture is horrible and obviously not "Firm". Try to get the tofu out of its box... impossible to do it without having several pieces... if you planned to cut it in nice cubes, just forget it. It is just a very basic industrial product, I am disappointed.
