Very dangerous
These shoes are deadly have no grip in slightly wet conditions if you want to avoid going A&E avoid these shoes

Improvement but not quite there
Really wanted to like the Nova 3 more. It looks great, understated and practical. Positives sort of end there.The lockdown in the heel is slightly improved upon from the Nova 2 with an extra eyelet, but it’s still a sloppy fit. The midsole feels a little unstable and narrow below the heel still. Badly needs a lower stack height and re-design of the heel cup. Close to being a really good show but misses the mark again.

Not water proof
Says "GORE-TEX waterproof membrane". Just did a short walk on the rain and my feet are wet. Didn't expect that from Merrell (or this is a fake one)

Fit like a glove, slippery when wet
Like all previous Nova models these are comfy from the outset. However, unlike previous models the new tread pattern offers zero traction on even slightly wet road or pavement. I have the standard model and GTX - both almost treacherous in rain. Shame.
