Nordic Ware Brilliance Bundt Pan

I have had this for a while now and I love it. The cakes always come out easily and are beautiful.

NordicWare tins have a great weight to them – reassuringly solid and well made. Although they're expensive you get the sense they will last a lifetime. I bought this as a Christmas present which suited the gold finish, which only appears on the outside. I loved the shape of the pan and think the sharp angles encourage the cake to release smoothly, so long as it's properly greased. Overall a great holiday or birthday present for an avid baker.

I have previous experience with Nordic baking tins, this is the fourth one I have purchased. They're not the cheapest on the market, but the quality is of the highest standard and they're more than worth the cost involved.

Does a great job. Butter the pan, nooks crannies religiously and the cake or bread pops out. Relatively easy to clean but I find Le Creuset’s bundt tin easier to clean. The shape of cake looks brilliant. Baked a red velvet bake and stuffed mozzarella bread. The pan is not intended for mozzarella bread but the cooking is even hence used and it came out brilliant. I know it is expensive but go for it. U will love baking in it!

This is a very solid baking pan with a distinct shape that comes out beautifully on the cake. It is very expensive.

I am so excited that this Nordic Ware 85777 Brilliance Bundt baking tin has just arrived. 19th January 2020 - I have finally used this baking tin and it is excellent. Why do I like Nordic Ware bundt tin? It is made extremely well, better than any of the bundt tins which are made in Europe. It is made with thick metal and heavy and this means it has good heat distribution. I bake in at a lower temperature and for a shorter duration thereby saving energy and be more environmentally friendly.

This mold is wonderful. Very easy to work with, easy to clean, and the shape is great.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to write this one. I order 3 other brands and they were all so small not what I expected. When my order came I jumped up and down when I opened the package. The pan was perfect and beautiful. Baking had always been my passion and I’m so excited to bake in this. Well, I just got done baking my cake and OMG this is the best pan I have ever baked in. (Pictures below). The cake came right out of the pan in perfect condition . I used Baker’s Joy to spray the pan. After spraying I took a baking brush to make use all creases were covered. The beauty of the cake is absolutely breathtaking and absolutely beautiful at the same time. I have purchased many baking pans to bake in and this is absolutely the best one you’re going to find on the market. It was absolutely perfect. If I could give it 100 stars I would. A must buy for sure!! It’s number 1in my book and I do a lot of baking. Best brand out there!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Backform, dass Muster sieht auf einem Gugelhupf sehr schön aus und dieser hat sich auch leicht aus der Form gelöst. Natürlich muss man die Form vorab gut einfetten oder sonst gut vorbereiten, da sich sonst bei dieser Form Teile verkleben.
