I have a couple of these batteries now, and I have probably cycled these at least 20 or 30 times now. I never exceed the charge rate or discharge below 3.6~3.7V. They seem to be holding up well, lost a small bit of their capacity, but not by much. Overall very satisfied with these batteries.
