This works better than I thought it would. The % mode is the most accurate. I would say in the % mode it reads well enough to set levels on equipment. I have leveled my milling machine with it and am very happy with the results. When I compare it to my level I usually use, it's right on the money. I have some parts that I have to mill at a angle and this measures them right on the money. I would highly recommend this level for any kind of use. My equipment sits on a large concrete slab with high water table so I check daily because the slab moves slightly.

Tested the unit for several known angles: Within 0.1 deg as promised. Wish the instructions had information about the ERROR message. At first, was baffled when it came up. Then realized that it shows up when the unit is tilted along the longitudinal axis. So this is not an error, it simply means that the unit should not be tilted to much around that axis. This is a high quality product for a very reasonable price. Our use: Recording and setting propeller pitch on airplanes.

Appears to be a clone of the PEC inclinometer. I can’t vouch for its absolute measurement accuracy, but for relative measurements my unit is working well.

Compact, solidly made and easy to read. Solved a major plumbing problem right away and I have lots of other uses for this tool. Compact size makes it easy to store in my truck or tool bag.

This works very well. East to use, and if you check the specs compared to others at this price point, it's a no brainer.

The accuracy, or rather error, stated on Amazon is 0.05 degrees. However, the manufactures owners manual very clearly states an error of 0.10 degrees. That is double the potential error from what Amazon states! For the overwhelming majority of users, 0.10 error will be more than adequate but for my use, it is not.

I purchased it to install air-springs on my car. The air-springs installed by the dealer were destroyed (after the warranty of course) because they were installed incorrectly and were rubbing against the shock absorber. The manufacturer's instructions clearly stated to lift the wheel assembly until the "rear axle is at -1.2 degrees" and then tighten the mounting bolts. I used this tool to precisely position the axle according to the spec and followed the manufacturer's instruction. Surprisingly, the air-springs and the shock has good clearance. The grove and the magnet on the bottom of the tool allowed me to position the tool directly on the axle for an accurate reading as shown in the picture. Great tool that can also be used at home on many other projects.

I like it! Has a magnet that makes it easy to use, and you do not have to stand on your head to read it! Light weight, and has a pouch to put it in. No problem reading it, in different amounts of sun either. Has the light to read it in the dark too! The degree of precision is more than what I need, but that is fine! Searched a long time to find one that I would be happy with. This one satisfies me.
