Golden Prize Mackerel in Tomato Sauce, 200g (Pack of 1)

Mackerel is one of the tasty sea fishes. This package in tomato is pleasant on an Indian taste buds. As a rich source of Omega 3 it is a healthy diet food. There is no oil added and this factor makes it good for me.But to like tinned fishes one has to acquire a taste for it. It is worth tasting.I have tried mixing chilli flakes and black pepper to add flavour to the pieces of mackerel.

i put this tin inside air fryer and it cooked well! the bones are super soft as well that it melts in your mouth.i saw this trick in a japanese show called midnight diner: try cooking it over the gas flame on low if you don't have an air fryer. this goes well with some jasmine rice.am reducing one star because it wasn't spicy so. there is a tomato + chilli version if you want spicy.

Liked it very much. Made sandwiches out of it & loved it. Highly Recommended.
