Superb just awesome
It takes really very less time , best water heater.

Loved it.
We used this product for almost 5 months. It's really good. The installation happened the very next after booking the appointment. We have to pay for extra wire and so. I am not too bitter about it. It does it's job.

The service technician was really good and the detiverwas super fast from amazon. Really like the product for energy I'll updated it after using for a month but other wise the product is really good and recommdable.

call back and appointment flexibility are good from the technician
It's up and running now, installation booked in the morning and completed by evening. Call center, call back and appointment flexibility are good from the technician. But they charged 400rs for the tubes and another whopping 100rs for just exchanging the taps of inlet and outlet (our builder Appaswamy, Chennai poor quality levels). This took him only 5mins. Haven't used the product fully yet. I ll try to update the review on the product again.

Pathetic product and poor support
It has stopped working and get tripped frequently in 2nd season from purchase date. Customer support is pathetic as they have not answered my issue since 15 days despite of escalation. I regret my burying decision.
