Only barrel hinges I will use
Only hinges I will keep in the shop. My company builds custom gates weekly. The quality is great, strong, and come with an extra ball bearing in every pair

Works great
These are working great. They are a little smaller then the ones I wanted, but the 7in ones were not available for my time frame. They were east to weld on, the gate swings with ease. The electric gate opener I installed has no problem opening and closing with these hinges.

requires large gap

Get the hinges straight and even!
Exactly what I wanted tail gate works perfectly!

A little rusty
Nice hinges but it would have been nice if the pin the inside of the steel barrel and the ball bearing where not rusted all to hell. The rust didn’t seem pitted so I used them. If i didn’t need them right now I would have sent them back.

Proven product
I am a steel fabricator and have used these hinges for gates 1/4 ton or less. They last in harsh environments, and I have used them to replace hinges for customers who had other hinges that failed due to corrosion. These last and can be lubricated for continued ease of operation.

Sturdy and smooth
These hinges work really well. We used them on some steel-framed wood gates for a fence project, and they work perfect!
