Before purchasing this shampoo, I carefully checked the Amazon product page, where Just Herbs claims to provide a complete list of ingredients. Based on that promise of transparency, I placed the order. However, when I received the product, I was shocked to see that the shampoo bottle does NOT mention the shampoo base at all. Let me be very clear: 👉 The shampoo base is the most critical ingredient in any shampoo. 👉 Hiding or omitting it from the physical packaging is unacceptable. If a brand truly believes in “clean,” “herbal,” and “transparent” formulations, then the same complete ingredient list must appear on the bottle, not just online where it’s convenient for marketing. This creates a serious mismatch between what is advertised and what is delivered, which feels misleading and raises concerns about consumer safety and honesty. As a customer, I have the right to know exactly what I am applying to my scalp. The absence of the shampoo base on the label breaks trust completely. I am now questioning: Why is the shampoo base missing from the bottle? Is the online ingredient list accurate? Why is there inconsistency between Amazon listing and actual packaging? I expect immediate clarification from Just Herbs. Until then, I cannot recommend this product to anyone who values ingredient transparency. Very disappointed.
