There is really not much difference from the content point of view between the two if we only talk about GATE Previous Year Paper Solutions. However, IES Master’s Engineering Services Previous Year Paper Solutions are better than made easy in a way that you can find detailed and appropriate solutions to such problems also, which made easy has left unanswered despite being worthy.The only flaw being that in Made Easy books’ printing quality, page format, text formatting and fonts are so selected that it covers the entire thing in due economy of pages keeping the book concise and easy to carry, the area where IES Master books lags behind. For me, along with better content, the ease of reading also matters. That’s why I tried not to skip mentioning this too.Which publication book should you buy for GATE?Prefer IES Master book if you need explanation to each and every problem in a more organized way. I can say IES Master book is more organized from the following point of view: 1. It contains year wise questions in reverse chronological order (i.e. from 2018 to 1987) which is helpful because in this way you solve the recent and tougher problems first. 2. Problems are divided into 3 sections viz. One Mark, Two Marks and Five Marks Questions which gives an idea about marks wise rise in difficulty level and time to be allotted to such problems according to the difficulty level.But before making any decision it should be noted that the accuracy level of both the books is almost the same. Both books are good, just the presentation is different.Prefer Made Easy book if besides sufficient but accurate content you also seek to have better reading comfort and less bulky material with due economy of pages as it enhances the ease of reading. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best for GATE preparation *by A***H on Reviewed in India on 4 October 2018* This book is huge and contains more than enough question for practice purposes. Thing I like the most is for tricky questions they have provided a long/ conventional solution and also an alternative/ tricky solution. Unlike to made easy, they have provided the solution for each question whenever it is needed.
