Nivia Wrist/Ankle Weight Bands, Adjustable Weights for Fitness, Walking, Running, Jogging, Exercise, Gym, Workout (1Kg, Blue/Black)

I bought it in December 2019. Initially I was skeptical reading about leaking sand in negative reviews, but then I made my mind and bought it. I don't regret my decision. It's a quality product by Nivia as always. Here are some points why I think it deserves 5 star rating- 1. It's filled with silica sand and no cheap sand. You can feel its texture through fabric. Also, no leaking problem detected. 2. It's fits slightly loose on my wrists cause I've relatively small wrists. But otherwise, it's fit is good, even with loose fit, it doesn't slide. 3. It's not that much comfortable but you aren't going to use it for comfort, are you? It's definitely uncomfortable cause it's 3kg (1.5kg each) of weight hanging to my wrists which are otherwise free from any constraints.

The only possible con for this product is that the ankle weights slip a bit. Otherwise the fastening and the material is comfortable enough. Weights are not torn and look pretty sturdy! I’d say go for it. They seem decently priced as well. Packaging was a bit shoddy but the product itself was untampered and decent quality, durability remains to be seen

I definitely love this product. I use it for therapy recommended by my orthopedist. It is neatly finished, exactly as shown in the pic and can be adjusted to fit comfortably. Five stars from me 😍

Value for money is actually ok but the thing is it's not at all comfortable. The moment you wear on your ankles it's just slipping down. It dosent fit tight. But the weight is perfect. For working out its a bit fine

Very bad product. Iron inside gor rusted and it dusts. Got torn a week later. Didn't expect from niviya company

No irritation on skin * excellent way of adding more challenge to exercises you do without creating undue strain or injury risk * suitable for old people too (especially the smaller weight sizes) * Velcro quality is good and straps up well without wobbling when one walks or moves * excellent for muscle toning and also strength training if you get a good deal, go for it

Used it for back and legs and the response and durability of the product is awesome, highly recommended

Quality is not that great. It looks like it’s going to easily rip.
