Very very bad product. It had certain small holes when I received the product. Not to be noted, but started tearing off from the joints and now after 2 months, the center portion joint has come off !!! Such a priced product and very bad feedback !!!

Look for physical therapy videos using a roller on YouTube. This has been great for my back and neck issues...I sit at a desk using a computer for 10-12 hrs a day, eventually my back and neck started getting stiff... My physical therapist used this to get my spine all the way from neck to the bottom straightened up using a similar roller.

In the description it is mentioned that the diameter is 5 inches, but it is bigger. I ordered 30 cm long, it is 6 inches wide, not 5 inches, too thick for me. Please write correct description, so there’s no need for a return

Foam roller has 3 puncture type holes, otherwise it is okay

Needed for my ankle pain. Useful for ankle excercises.

Diffect product,torn in two ,three places, cheap product, returned it, not get the refund return the product on Jan 24th, but till today 7th Feb,dint get the refund yet.
