I had purchased this item on 17 September, 2023 with one year free RD service. The free period is stated to be already over on 20.8.2024. When going for renewing the RD service, the renewal is available only upto 30.9.2024. The customer care executive, when contacted, did not intimate the reason for this limitation. However, after going through the relevant orders issued by UIDAI, it has been noted that this device, being L0, will not be allowed to authenticate biometric beyond 30.9.2024. As such, all those who have purchased or will be purchasing this device will not be able to get any fruitful result.

mujhe kaha gya tha ki is product ke sath aapko 1year ki Rd service free di jayegi lekin jab maine iska upyog Kiya to mujhe khud se 1year ki Rd service 100 rs kharch karke Leni pdi.
