Iplay Breatheasy Sun Protection Shirt

This shirt is a must have for travel to very hot/sunny places! We actually used it as a swim shirt in florida for my 6 month old. He has used it since, at the pool, and also in California. Its a great shirt and holds up really well! Its so light and breathable so my son doesn't get sweaty. It dries super fast and washes well. The pocket is adorable even though most children this age would never use it. The stitching is pretty good and we haven't had any seams come undone. I found the sleeves a tad on the short side, but it could be because my son is very tall. He is 16 months now and this still fits him although it is getting quite short in the sleeve and the torso. A chubby baby would have outgrown it much sooner I think. I would size up just because i prefer a looser fit with this sort of thing and you don't want arms and back exposed because the point of it is sun protection. I will likely be buying him the size 18-24 month size next for an upcoming vacation. Works really well for in and out of the water days....as it dries quickly while wearing and you dont have to use as much sunscreen. Just use sunscreen on the exposed areas and let the shirt do its job. Also...massive plus...EASY to take off when wet!! Big bonus when dealing with a wet and possibly crying/tired/hungry infant.

My husband and I purchased this swim shirt for a trip to Costa Rica and we were very pleased that we did. I was surprised how comfortable my son was in this. I was nice and loose in all the the right areas, so that he could run around and play and he did not get any sun exposure what so ever! The color selection is great and I love the addition of the pocket in the front. Great lightweight material and very breathable. It was 90 degree and above the whole time we were there and he never seemed hot wearing this long-sleeved swim shirt. He never seemed uncomfortable and I would purchase more of these. All of the i play products are highly recommended.

We love this shirt for sun protection! We live in the southwest desert and need to wear long sleeves outside year round, and this shirt has kept our kiddo protected and (relatively) cool in the heat of summer. We got the 6/12 month size, ordered it when he was 9 months, and it still fits well with a little room to grow at almost 12 months (he's around 90th percentile for height, 70th for weight). And a big plus - it washes and dries quickly! We took it on a trip to Colorado in August and wore it daily; every evening I washed it in the sink and hung it in the bathroom and it was dry by morning.

LOVE this shirt. We got it last summer for the diaper bag and we use it all the time to avoid slathering sunscreen on our squirmy and eczema-prone kid. She doesn't seem to mind wearing it even on hot days, and it puts my mind at ease that she's well protected from the sun. It's quick-drying so fine to get wet if we go by the splash park, and while it's lightweight, it also works in a pinch as an extra layer if it gets a bit cool after the sun goes down. Love it so much I'm buying another to send to her daycare this summer. Easy to machine wash, and dries fast. At 18 months and in the 90+ percentile for height and weight, my kid wears a 2T in most brands, but last year's 18-24 month size sun shirt (I think it's listed as L/XL here) still fits with plenty of room. (While big, it was totally wearable last summer--I just rolled up the sleeves, and it's nice to get 2 years' wear out of it.)

I like this shirt, but am removing a star because it is hard to get over my baby’s head. I do like that it is lightweight. It is a little large. My baby is 6 months, average size, and the sleeves definitely have to be rolled up a few times.

Love this breatheasy shirt. My son wore one all summer last year and we just bought him the next size up. These run large. My son is just over 2 years old, average size, and the 18 month size (which is actually 18-24 months) fits him just right and will fit him nicely through the summer. I like that its not the usual rash guard material, its more of a mesh so it dries super fast and is still cool for the hot days. Highly recommend!

It is very light weight and fits loose. We bought the largest size available and it has lasted two summers so far since it is loose fitting. Provides great sun protection. I love that I don't have to put so much sunscreen all over her. My LO wears it to the beach and the pool or lake every time we go, says it is comfortable. I have it in pink and blue both very pretty colors, they go with everything. I wish they made them even bigger for when she gets bigger.

I love this shirt. The fabric is lighter and less constrictive than a rash guard. My son is tall and thin. He is 10 mo. and this fits well. Considering buying another. It is so much more convenient than slathering him with sunblock. We are at the end of June and it is hot, but I don't think he has been too hot in this shirt. In August i will probably put this on after some time in the sun so he doesn't overheat. This is a great shirt that protects him from the sun and looks good too.
