This beautiful touchstone necklace, earrings and tika set is going to be beautiful for the Indian wedding I will be going to! Smell is odd at first but goes away after opening the box.

I wore these to my friends Jaggo celebration. I almost didn’t wear them but I wanted to dress to impress and make an obvious attempt to dress appropriately and show my respect to her culture and celebration. I would not have worn the jewelry if I had time to exchange before the event. I will say the pieces are pretty and aren’t obnoxiously fake looking. HOWEVER, the smell of the jewelry was absolutely awful. Yes, I am pregnant and scents are bothering me at the moment but I was not the only one to notice this. Also, with any jewelry I purchase I clean it before wearing especially earrings…. I used rubbing alcohol (on the backs of the earrings) and it wiped the gold color off the jewelry almost instantly and made the jewelry feel sticky / tacky. I understand that rubbing alcohol might not have been the best option but if I can’t ensure the jewelry is clean without damaging it - it’s not for me. A final note.. the “hinges” on the earrings / necklace would get stuck in a different direction than the jewelry should be sitting. It was fixable but it felt like it was going to break every time it got stuck in an unfortunate position.

Looks exactly as pictured. Worth the price. Can’t wait to wear it!
