This product DOES NOT COME WITH GRAINS. Also, in the first pages, it suggests using honey as one of the options to feed the grains and almost all good sources will tell you not to use honey because it is antibacterial and could damage your grains. No only is this a waste of money but it is a waste of packaging.

Received product before time packaging was good. But the kefir seeds were missing as per description. Whole point of buying the book with kefir seeds was rendered useless.
