Review: Solid build - I got tired of the plastic sprinklers breaking after very short time periods, so I decided to go with something all metal, if pricier. This has done exactly what it is supposed to do, and works as described. All steel and brass construction, the spike and step can be hammered in if necessary, and the adjustments all work well. The only downside on this is that it does need a good bit of water pressure to operate properly, and doesn't have as long of a range as some others, but for short and medium throw situations, you can't go wrong with this sprinkler. Review: Good, but not Great - I'm somewhere between a 3 and a 4, but I'll be gracious and give these 4 stars. Easy to hook up and for the most part, very sturdy. Water pressure is great and they cover a significantly greater distance, in my opinion, than the plastic sprinklers I used to have. There's no rhyme or reason for this, so I've had to twist the pin slightly so that the sprinkler can oscillate back and forth. I also noticed when I angle the water to a shallower distance the pin does not get stuck?? Solid product, but be prepared to get accustomed to the sprinkler.
