Good product
Very good customer service. I've been taking it about six months and my sperma count has dramatically increased (i'm also taking hormons and other medication as well). Once the product didn't arrive to my po box and they sent me another package.

Terrible packaging
How in life would you ship a $250 purchase of a product that comes on a simple box in a regular mail envelope with no other protection? We all complaint about excess packaging on products delivered by mail, but this went to the other extreme. It showed clear carelessness.
