Easy to use and very handy and reliable electric chopper
Fan of the product since used it in UK. Excellent for small quantity of chopping of veges.

Non functioning defective product
We bought this product on Aug 2,2023. Since we got busy, we opened the packet after expiry of return policy date and find that the product doesn't function at all - Defective ... Doesn't even start...Now trying to get warranty from Stove Kraft...Not yet sure where to go.. It is a cheap poorly designed product manufactured in China..... Don't buy it It was repaired by StoveKraft and we used it for 6 months. After 6 months of use, its blade is not turning properly. It is a poor chinese-made product dumped in Indian market. After repair, the spindle came off loose again in less than 4 months though sparingly used. Don't buy.

Worst product.. no replacement available
Chopper jar is broken .. there is no replacement available for this product... Worst product and total waste of money...

Brand name is enough
Black and decker is reliable product for my family. But company not providing any good service for old service, I want to repair my 10year old chopper, for which blade is broken by my servent, I contact company, but they said they have not parts, at any expenses I was ready to repair old chopper model -sc 300. This was a decent product of company.
