Update on chair: the remote to it worked 1 day and now doesnt work. No service to contact company. Very nice chair, soft and comfy and easy to put together. The only complaint we had, one box came one day and the other box the day after. So couldn't use it the day we got it. I got it for hubby and he loves it and has been using the heat and vibrate on his lower back. Worth the money.

This recliner seems broken, leans to one side when reclined, and seems unsafe to sit in. The recliner seems stable only when fully upright and locked although still leans to the right and forward when sitting in the chair fully uoright and eyes facing forward, as if you are going to slide off as the chair finishes self destructing. I cannot tell if the item was damaged or if it is just poor and shoddy quality or a little of bith, or even actually meant to be a roller-coaster simulator. The massage mechanism doesn't do much although sounds like a washing machine when the massager in turned on. I am disabled so I am unable to deal with moving the thing around and shipping it back, and easy chair/funhouse, roller-coaster simulators are out of the question. This chair will sit in the storage shed for the foreseeable future and serve as a reminder NOT to buy anymore of this kind of junk. Believe me, I did not expect much, but I did expect the thing to be mechanically, electrically, and structurally stable out of the box and did not even expect it to last beyond a year or two under daily use. Pictures will follow. Should have zero stars. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

We purchased these for our camper. They came in a very timely manner and were packed well. The pieces slide together and are quite simple to assemble. They are sturdy and the fabric is very durable. We have dogs and they like to jump up on the furniture. They do not leave any marks on these chairs. They are comfortable to sit in and recline almost flat. If you recline them flat you have to make sure your weight is counterbalanced just right or they want to creep up a little. I did not hook up the heat or vibration so I have no feedback on that part of the chair. The one thing I hade trouble with was the manual pull cable. I cannot pull it while sitting in the chair, I have to pull it and then slide into the seat. We purchased two of them and the pull cable is very stiff on both. It feels like they are not going to work and we are going to break it getting the chair to recline. I am hoping, after some use, that they will be easier to use.

Let’s face it, it’s not a high end recliner, it’s not even real leather, but it’s made and looks like a high end recliner. 🥹 It’s made with precision, even the packaging is amazing. Somebody thought out the construction and packaging very well. All the parts fit together like a tight glove, it gets a little frustrating putting the arms on but once you get everything aligned perfectly it fits together very nicely. I also like the pull-cord for lifting the leg rest, I love the heat and massage pads, and I’m glad they have a timer because they do put me right to sleep. 😉 Overall and especially for the price I give it a 10 out of 10!

First of all, I was surprised that this thing came in two boxes. Once I opened the boxes and got everything out the directions were very simple and easy to read and installation was done in about 10 to 15 minutes. As short as I am, I’ve never been able to find a chair that was just right for me. Everything was over stuffed and too big. I am 5‘3“ tall and this chair is perfect from head to toe and so comfortable. I’m also impressed with the massage feature. I’ll have to wait for it to get really cold to try the heat. but overall for right now, I am extremely happy. Buddy Wolf.

Just 6 months after purchase the foot release handle is broken and no way to fix. Poor design and would not recommend purchasing. The vibration and heat still work. It was easy to assemble -- BUT it is now a chair, not a recliner. Very disappointed!!!

The pull lever to recline the chair is just about to break . It is a small cable and down to one strand . I’ve had the chair 11 months . Didn’t pay much for the recliner and I got about that . If you want one that will last gotta pay for it.
