Which I was very disappointed about when it arrived **Q: does it slice potatoes for scalloped potatoes?** A: I think so but don't quote me on that. **Q: What size motor does the 7-cup food processor have?** A: Not sure but it works really well. **Q: Will this machine knead dough?** A: This is a food processor with sharp blades.
