Since the pandemic, I’ve been covering our couch with sheets and washing them every week just to feel like I’ve done my best to prevent the virus from getting on or in my chouch. This is something I have always done when someone in the family was sick with a cold, the flu or anything else. After a year of using spare sheets for this, I decided to get something that would do the same thing but look a little better. So, I got one of these couch protectors in white. I love it. It looks much better than the sheets I was using. It is just as easy to wash and dry as the sheets it replaced. I wash it in hot water (though I think cold was recommended) and dry it in the dryer. I am extremely pleased with the product. It came out of the dryer looking very nice. Since this is a very recent purchase, I’ve only washed it once so I do not know how well it will hold up. But, the price was very reasonable so when it needs to be replaced, I will replace it.

The straps were not enough to keep the pad on the couch. Did not come with an instruction manual. Material was nice but did not keep in place on the sofa.

they'll do but the ban across the back just doesn't work and constantly slips to one side or the other. I'm keeping so I'll come up with a way to secure it myself. Otherwise the look is fine and does the job. It is a constant job of putting back in place though. Haven't had them long enough to speak to strain resistant but I did wash when they arrive and they came out perfectly.

This is a quality product and one I could recommend. The back strap helps the cover stay in place. The arm pieces cover the sofa arms thoroughly. After several washings, it has not shrunk but has kept its shape. I would love to be looking at my beautiful sofa instead of the sofa shield, but I love that the sofa shield does its job and protects my sofa from dirt and stain. Still happy with this product.
