I started taking them mainly for gut health but also because I have atopic dermatitis and there are some published studies relating poor gut health to skin problems. It has been about 2 weeks or so since I’ve taken them daily. Also you have to refrigerate them. Which I found out about 5 min ago from writing this review. Oops. Things I’ve noticed: 1. I am having good daily bowel movements. 2. I feel like I process what I eat easier and I’ve not had any stomach upsets either. 3. My dermatitis or eczema has settled down tremendously, however, I am also on dupixent which I started 3 weeks ago (I’ve been battling eczema for about 8 months now). So it could be either dupixent starting to work or who knows?
