does it have a preheat light for the oven once it reaches its tempture that you have it set at?

Oven is not heating properly.  Otherwise looks good.  Oven did not come with electric cord.  Did not see that on website.  Delivery was just dropped off outside.  After All, even though the local retailer was more expensive, in the end I could have had it installed  with the electric cord and delivered with old stove disposed of  by local vendor.
