If that’s what you mean by edge. Just be careful that handles don’t get broken. I just leave mine in the oven. But, OMG Stone is dishwasher safe. After use, I just rub lightly with wet paper towel and then put in dishwasher. No scrubbing. Cleans, shines: the best!
