I had a slight problem with a part, contacted customer services and the seller sent the replacement part in a timely manner, yes, in honesty I could not use the product for few days but didn't mind that as I was using a temporary one.The product is great, certainly better than the cheaper ones I looked at of a similar nature, I would say good value for money, it works, does the job.Why 4 not 5 stars:For the price paid it would've been better to have a function to see how the camera is rotated (something like a 360 motion sensor to know if you are looking at the down or up side of a pipe), the view can be flipped from the screen but that is very basic, would be good to have all 4 sides rotated.Things to improve, would be the best product if it could have a locator device built in.Overall I'm very pleased with it, and certainly recommend it.Hopefully it would stay like this with few usage over the next coming months.Seller was also great, calm nice a professional.CheersH

very good picture quality, operating instructions are almost none existant but it is straight forwards with regards to viewing drains,i have not tried to record any footage yet but will do with more practice. Rewinding is tricky but it is winter and the cold makes a difference, again I imagine this will become easier with use, on the whole happy with this purchase

Excelent product - easy to follow, recording to SD Card. Helped resolve a collapsed drain, additional information for my insurance company and builder.
