I’ve been labeled pre-diabetic for too many years so I began taking this brand of Berberine, along with a good quality Bergamot. I am also concentrating on eating lean proteins, healthy fats and healthy vegetables with a small amount of fruits. Pure stevia instead of sugar, and no white carbs. Some exercise (my nemesis). My blood sugar and blood pressure have both improved over the 5 months I have been doing this, and I’ve lost 10 pounds so far. The supplements are very helpful, along with the extra effort you have to put into it.

It works for lower the sugar, and cholesterol.I am a diabetic,and taking a two years.My cholesterol went down 100 points,my sugar 120 points down.I recommended highly.I try others berberine supply but this works the best

Haven’t taken it very long, but have had a bit of weight loss and I am not as apt to snack or overeat since taking it.
